He is survived by: his wife Gail of Salisbury, MD; his son Wayne Bowden (Kathleen) of Williamsburg, VA; his grandson Jack Bowden of Fairfax, VA; his daughter Elaina Mullininx (David) of Atlanta, GA; his granddaughter Lauren Mullininx of Atlanta, GA; his stepdaughters, Tammy Rosanova of Chincoteague, VA and Loretta Reed Donovan of Milford, DE; and his niece Cynthia Mears of Salisbury, MD..
A committal service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Springhill Memory Gardens (27260 Ocean Gateway, Hebron, MD 21830).
