He was predeceased by: his father Norman Gale; his wife Mae Helen Mills; his sons, Anthony Mills, Sr. and Donald Mills, Jr.; his grandchildren, Brian, Antonio Miles, Shermika and Helena Mills; his sister Annie; his siblings-in-law, Matthew Maddox, Sr. and Naomi; and his son-in-law Joseph Taylor.
He is survived by: his mother Beulah Mills Jackson; his aunts, Lola Mills of Salisbury and Cora Marshall of Fort Washington, Maryland; his siblings, Leon Mills, Sr. (Barbara) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland and Billie Blake of Salisbury, Maryland; and his sons, Andre of Salisbury, Paron of Salisbury, Reginald Mills of Salisbury, Michael Mills (Layneeta) of California and Natonio Mills (Carrie) of Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
