He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Ludwig and Helen E. Meneely Ludwig; and his brother Robert Ludwig of Kingston, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Englehardt Ludwig; his daughter Lisa Ludwig; his granddaughters, Jennifer Benge Vanhook and Lauren Benge; and his sister Elizabeth Sjoberg of Austin, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
