He was predeceased by: his parents, Oran Culver and Elsie Culver; his wife Marilyn Culver; and his brother James Culver. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Culver (Patty) of Eden, MD and Eric Culver (Becky) of Salisbury, MD; his grandchildren, Joshua Culver, Megan Harrison (Justin) and Samantha Culver; and his great grandchildren, Gabi Culver, Jacob Culver and Bailey Mae Elrod.
