He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Miedema); his children, Rick (Barb), Terry (Sue), Evelyn (Mark) and Diane (Evert); his siblings, Henk (Betty), Dini (Henk), Frank (Tina), Bill (Audrey) and Gerry (Maaika); his fathers-in-law, George (Grace) and Fred (Lorna); and his grandchildren, Alaina, Caitlin, Derek, Terrance, Sara (Kristoph), Marcus (Lindsay), Zachary (Stefanie) and Jessica (Brian). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
