We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024 we had to say goodbye to David Perley Smith III of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Augusta, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Casey Mumford (Jason Chesnutt); his grandchildren, Tahli, Gavin and Hadli; his siblings, Martin Smith (Michelle) of Georgetown, DE and Cynthia Long of Cape Cod, MA; his parents, David and Mildred; and his brothers, Timothy and Steven. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request a donation to Emmanuel Wesleyan Church – Adopt-A-Block Foundation or to Santa's Angels in Salisbury.
