He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Stavely and Edith McKay Stavely; and his wife Olive K. Stavely. He is survived by: his children, David M. Stavely, Jr. (Debbie) of Salisbury, MD and Jean D. Stavely of Berlin, MD; and his grandsons, David M. Stavely, III of Newport News, VA and Ian Scott Stavely (Katie).
