He was predeceased by: his parent Charles W. Collick, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Virginia L. Sturgis Collick; and his siblings, Beatrice D. Collick of Pocomoke, Albert B. Collick, Sr. of Berlin and Charles W. Collick, Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO.
