With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dave Scott Blackburn (Salisbury, Maryland), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on October 23, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Robert and Eleanor Barbara Scott Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Blackburn; his brother Dr. Richard Randall "Randy" Blackburn (Sheila); his children, Megan Struthers (Jon), Clark Blackburn, Aaron DeHart (Sharra) and Morgan DeHart (Jon Ohmart); his grandchildren, Brielle Blackburn, Phoenix Blackburn, Dylan Blackburn, Olivia Struthers, Camden DeHart, Elaina DeHart and Averie DeHart; and also Shannon Blackburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
