She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Mellinger and Clara E. Mellinger (Kirchner). She is survived by: her husband Ronald P. Weber; and her children, Danielle Weber of Salisbury and Ronald Weber II of Salisbury. She is also survived by three sisters.
