He was predeceased by: his parent Littleton F.; and his former wives, Georgia C. Hall and Sandra J. Hall. He is survived by: his parent Mary Lewis Hall; his daughters, Barbara Ruark (Greg) of Delmar and Beth Hall of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Catherine McClain (Mike), Russell Ruark (Ashley) and Jennifer Ruark; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Ayden, Kyla, Micah, Brooke and Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
