He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl William and Mary Lucille McKinley; and his brothers, Thurman Carl and William Dennis McKinley. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Hatfield McKinley; and his children, Steven Carl McKinley (Carol) of Ocean City, Mark Hatfield McKinley (Sherry) of Greenwich and Ann McKinley Sann (Mark) of Bivalve Maryland. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
