He is survived by: his wife Penni Hollins of Salisbury; his children, Charles T. Hollins of Salisbury, James R. Hollins of Salisbury, Ashley N. Hollins of Minnesota and Samantha S. Hollins of Salisbury; and his sister Donna S. Conte (Anthony) of Lothian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
