We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2023, at the age of 88, Charles James Payne of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Crisfield, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Littleton Payne and Teresa Alberta Payne of Crisfield; his son Charles James Payne, Jr.; and his siblings, Ronnie Payne and Dawn Laird.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Daugherty Payne; his children, Russell Warren Payne (Julie), Ronnie Lee Payne (Melodye), Debra Sue Lowe (Chris) and Tresa Lynn Parker (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Ronnie Lee Payne, Jr., Crystal Payne, Christina Lowe and Tabatha Payne. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
