She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Leland Bobo; her grandson Andrew Christopher Wootten; and her parents, Evelyn Harrison Moomau and William Dyce Moomau. She is survived by: her children, Cecelia "Ann" Wootten (Oliver) of Salisbury, MD and Melvin Leland "Lee" Bobo II (Elaine) of Richmond, VA; and her grandchildren, William "Bill" Geoffrey Wootten (Lorian) of Salisbury, MD and Caroline "Reese" Bobo of Washington, DC.. She is also survived by children or grandchildren.
