She is survived by: her children, Lisa Starr Bowden (Tommy) of Sharptown, MD and Charles Robert "Chuck" Powell III (Jennifer) of Salisbury, MD; her grandchildren, Megan Palmeri (Cory), Brooks Bowden (Sarah), Chase Bowden (Hailee), Taylor Powell and Amelia Powell; her great grandchildren, Adam Palmeri, Ashlin Palmeri and Luca Palmeri; her siblings, Joyce Stevens and Dickie Williams; her aunt Evelyn Roberts; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Williams and Elic Stevens.
