She is survived by: her husband Wayne Humphrey; her sons, Bobby Hooks, Jr. (Natalie) and Billy Allen Hooks; and her siblings, Opal Izetta Christy (Wayne) of Pocomoke City, Linda S. Jones of Oak Hall, VA and Roger L. Shobe of Salisbury. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
