She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Yvonne Payne Isaac and John Raymond Ratliff. She is survived by: her spouse Dr. J. O. "Joe" Meadows; her children, Joseph "Joe" Lee Meadows (Ashley) and Carrie Meadows Cain (J. J.); her grandchildren, Emily Meadows Cain, Ryan Harvey Cain, Emery Anne Owens, Lauryn Elizabeth Cain, Austin Lee Meadows and Wes Harrison Meadows; and her brothers, John "Johnny" Ratliff and William "Bill" Ratliff (Lisa).
