She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred L. Adkins, Sr. and Hazel Adkins (Phillips); and her sister Anna Marie Adkins. She is survived by: her great grandchild Savanna; her children, William F. "Bill" Hamblin Jr. (Debbie) of Salisbury and Mary L. DeHaven (Charles) of Salisbury; her brothers, Alfred L., Egg and NJ; and her grandchild Brooke Baker (Paul Riddle Sr.). She is also survived by two nieces, one nephew and several cousins.
