With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carla Ann Middleton (Salisbury, Maryland), who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Duane Van Bergen; and her stepmother Mary Van Bergen. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Morton of North Ft; her husband David Derry of Salisbury, MD.; her children, Duane Van Bergen Jr. of Severn, MD., Ashley Nicholls of Stevensville, MD. and Kyle Middleton of Centreville, MD.; and her aunt Lorraine Kruszewski of Lawrence, MI. She is also survived by several cousins, a niece, a nephew, and 3 grandchildren.
