He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Parks and Edith Tilghman Parks; and his nephew Stephen Wallace. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Chick (Don); his niece Bonnie Winslow (T. P.); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Winslow (Anna), Ashley Miller (Jared), Nikki Wallace and Amber Luff (Joey).
A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Belle Haven Cemetery.
