We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2025, at the age of 96, Bryan Edward Phillips of Salisbury, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Paul; his siblings, Ralph, Fred, Julian, Miriam, Irma, Ruby, Belva and Lydia; and his wife Barbara Carey Downing.

He is survived by: his siblings, Paula Smith of Salisbury and John D. Phillips of Laurel, DE.; his granddaughters, Staci Sousa and Jen Underwood (Nate); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Sammi Sousa.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to donate in memory of Bryan to Coastal Hospice at the Lake 351 Deers Head Hospital Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801.
