She was predeceased by: her parents, John Paul Mowbray and Mary Katherine Bradley Mowbray; and her brothers, Aaron and Dennis Mowbray. She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Renee Arnold (Joel) of Quantico, Cristy Lea Urbina of Hinesville, GA and Emily Brooke Maas (Chris) of Apex, NC; her grandchildren, Marcella, Anna, Lily, Brody and Adeline; her siblings, Phillip Mowbray (Donna) of Seaford and Lisa Davis; the father of her children Jack Powell of Seaford; and her mother-in-law Alice Kiser of Seaford.
