He is survived by: his children, Ashely Winder of Salisbury and Benjamin, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Liles, Joshua Liles, Brayden Phommachanh and Khaiden Phommachanh; his siblings, Phyllis Anderson of Salisbury and Albert Winder of Pocomoke City; and his brother-in-law Sam Anderson, Jr. of Salisbury. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
