She is survived by: her mother Florence Church Townsend; her children, Faith Farrington (Kevin), Althea Bateman, Alberta Bateman-Pettit, Albert Bateman II (Vandora) and Altonio Bateman (Jacqueline); her sister Betty M. Johnson; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Christell, Altonio, Trey, Kevin II, Keith and Jamar; her great grandchildren, Tyrin, Mykel, Malik, Zoey, Toni, Bryce, Elyon, Blake and Lucas; her great great grandchild Seyvn; and her great grandchildren, Terrance "Turp" Hammond, Terry Hayman and Brandee Fields. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (528 Delaware Ave, Delmar, DE 19940). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Springhill Memory Gardens (27260 Ocean Gateway, Hebron, MD 21830).
