It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Gates of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil DeHaven and Dorothy Turner DeHaven; her son Michael Lee Gates; and her brother-in-law Clarke Bashelor. She is survived by: her husband Michael Cole Gates; her daughters, Rhonda A. Knotts (William) and Bobbi D. Richter (Matthew); her grandchildren, Skyelar Ingram, Joshua Richter and Matti Richter; and her sister-in-law Marye Jo Molitoris.
