He is survived by: his parents, Chris Derek Lewis and Melinda Jackson (Billy); his grandmothers, Julia Gracia and Sandra Lewis; his siblings, Michael A. Galarza, Jessica M. Galarza and Raymond Lewis; his niece Sylvana Richards; his aunts and uncles, Amanda Lewis Hohman (Ryan), Belinda, Christine, Estelle, Santiago and Alex; his cousins, Diego, Alyssa, Eden and Connor; his close friend Jayden Cerritos; and his girlfriend Taylor Mumford.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holloway Funeral Home (501 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
