She is survived by: her parent Lucy Milbourne (Waters); her son Otto Milbourne (Cheryl); her grandsons, D'Angelo of Suffolk, VA and Maurice of Suffolk, VA; her siblings, Ottaway, Jr. (Ernestine), Ranford (Gladys), Randolph (Carol), Gloria, Ronald Milbourne (Laura) and Elder Victoria Williams; her daughter Debbie Dotson; and also, Diane, Theresa and Donna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
