He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sigrist Lewis; his sisters, Rebecca Lewis Dube (Normand) and Barbara Lewis Taylor; his stepdaughters, LeAnna Rantz, Williams (David) and Jill Rantz Marsh; his brother-in-law Bertran Thomas Taylor (Tom); his nieces, Michelle Taylor Stief (Andy) and Karen Dube Steinhauer (Andy); his nephew Michael Thomas Taylor (Sonia); and his grandchildren, Brittney Marsh Hanke (Robert) and Logan Marsh.
