She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bradford and Onedia Bradford; and her husband Donald E. Rudd. She is survived by: her children, Donald C. Rudd (Debbie) of Parsonsburg, MD, William E. Rudd of Salisbury, MD and Wendy Beiler (John) of Harrisonburg, VA; her grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Brant, Tracy Rudd, Kayleigh Hicks and Kyrie Beiler; her great grandchildren, Logan, Mason, Gavin, Jayla, Jaxon and Koby Rudd; and her grandchildren, Layla and Kinsley Hicks.
