She was predeceased by: her spouse William H. Carter; her son David W. Hubbert; and her brother Allen Causey. She is survived by: her children, Freddie Hubbert, Kathy Wagner and Debbie Hurley; and her sister Maryann Bryant. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
