He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Brockett; his daughter Autumn Wallace; his siblings, JoAnne Wallace, Jeanetta Wallace and Lee Roy Wallace (Terry); his children, Dana Dashiell and Aprille Wallace; his grandchildren, Trey Dashiell, Tavian Dashiell, Derek Jenkins, Jr. and Jackson Lewis; his cousin Dr. Debra Wright; and his niece Michelle Wallace. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
