With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin Preston Parks Jr. (Salisbury, Maryland), who passed away on February 18, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his spouse Elsie Elisabeth Willing of Chance; his son Burt Preston Parks; his great grandchildren, Allison Rathkamp King (Michael), Emily Rathkamp, Sarah Rathkamp, Braden, Rachel, Ruby Seeley, Everett and Asher Parks; his sister Addie Lou Parks Benson (Robert Benson); his parents, Alvin Preston and Ruth Noble Parks Sr; his son Samuel Alvin Parks; and also Leroy Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations to be given in Alvin and Elsie' honor and memory to the Rock Creek Methodist Church and or Rock Creek Youth Ministry.
