He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Walton Foskey and Bessie Steele (Ernest, Sr.); and his siblings, Alvin Foskey and Doris Horseman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee Foskey (Vance); his children, Alton Lee Foskey, Jr. (Joy) of Salisbury and Cindy Lee Watson of Salisbury; his grandchildren, William M. Watson, Jr. (Mandy) of York, PA, Ashley Cox of Danville, VA and Kristy Baull of Pittsville, MD; and his siblings, Margaret Longshore (Paul) of Salisbury, Ernie Steele of Hebron and Susan Scholl (Robert) of Salisbury. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
