Alex Azar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Azar (Salisbury, Maryland), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Azar and Sadie Namey Azar; his brothers, John, Jackie and George Azar; and his wife Wilma Shockley Hoch Azar of Salisbury.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Michael Casey Hoch (Tisha) and Corey James Hoch (Jenna); his stepgrandchildren, Claire Elizabeth Azar, Alex Michael Azar, III, Emma Catherine Dunne, Luke Alexander Dunne, Keegan Azar Dunne, Cooper Finn Hoch, Sadie Quinn Hoch, Laney Grace Hoch and Keller James Hoch; his sister Mary Abdallah; his sister-in-law Bernice Azar; and also Nancy Rogge (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
