It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Franklin Bell (Salisbury, Maryland), who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Bell and Nellie Clough Bell; his wife Carolyn June Bell; his children, Wendi Mills (Robbie) of Eden, Candi Groton, Franklin Scott Bell (Shelli) of Cape Coral, FL and Sherri Webster (Jim); his stepdaughters, Teresa Gibbons, True, Tiger and Tammy Adkins (Gaylon) of Salisbury; his nieces and nephews, Cindi Byrd, Frankie Lampkin and Clifford Robbins (Buddy); his friend Jim Devage (Trish); and his siblings, Betty Robbins and William Roy Bell. He was also cherished by his three step-grandchildren as well as his three step-great grandchildren.
