She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J Purnell, Sr. and Edith Wright Purnell; her sister Helene; her spouse Purnell William Sidney Hull; her stepdaughter Edith Helene Hull; and her son-in-law Vaugh Frank Holmes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edward Purnell, Mary, Margaret and Sophia; her stepchildren, Ingrid Hull Holmes and Sidney Denise Neal; her grandchildren, Erin Holmes, Korey Neal, Kortney Neal, Kyle Neal and Kace Neal; her great grandchildren, Kaleel Neal, Khyria Neal, Khraron Neal, Kaierre Neal, Korey P. Neal Jr., Vaughn Holmes and Michael McKinley Jr.; and her son-in-law Keith Neal (Ricky). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, but by many other family members, friends.
