Smith (Saint Michaels, Maryland), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Laura Smith; and his son Sidney S. Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Scott Smith; his wife Barbara A. Smith; his children, Deborah A. Collison (Douglas) and Russell W. Smith; his grandchildren, Mason Smith and Julia Smith; and his brother Scott Smith Jr..
