We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2023, at the age of 70, Richard Newnam Roe of Saint Michaels, Maryland, born in Easton, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman M. Roe and Virginia "Lee-Lee" Newnam Roe; and his brother Norman L. Roe. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Misty Roe (Patrick) and Rick N. Roe, Jr. (Jaren); his granddaughters, Katie (Jason) and Lilly; his brother-in-law Mark Cummings (Kathy); and his cousin Larry Roe.
