He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Francis Rogge and Madeline MacMakin Rogge; and his brother Robert Douglas Rogge. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meddaugh Rogge; his sons, Michael Charles Rogge (Heidi) of Cumming, GA, Christopher Ford Rogge (Caroline) of Summerville, SC and Matthew David Randolph Rogge of St. Michaels, MD; his grandchildren, Nicholas Charles Rogge, Noah James Rogge and Harper Madeline Rogge; and his uncles, Russ, Roggs and We Love You. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
