He is survived by: his wife Betty Gardner (Prickett); his brother Charles of Medford, NJ; his children, Gary Gardner (Joanne) of Medford, NJ, Clint Gardner (Gale) of Payson, AZ and Tracy Wagner (Scott) of St. Michaels, MD; his grandchildren, Shane Gardner (Meredith) of Medford, NJ, Shelly Mongeluzo (Anthony) of Medford, NJ, Logan Higgs (Jordan) of Centreville, MD, Quin Higgs, Bobbie Jo Higgs of Dover, DE and Robert Higgs of Rolling Fork, MS; and his great grandchildren, Ally, Ashley, Robert Bowen, Brent and Ethan.
