He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar L. Parks and Elsie McIntosh Parks. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lucas; and his children, Cory Lane Parks of Fort Collins, CO and Haylie Erin Parks of Lexington Park, MD..
A kind, well loved member of the community, he had a prolonged battle with kidney disease and eventual COVID-19.
