He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Pepper and Edna Pepper (Walsh); and his brother-in-law Robert Haugh. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pepper (Austin); his children, Shane Pepper, Julia Rivard (Shawn), Tara Firby (Jason), Sandra McCurdy (Randy), John Clarke and James Pepper (Michelle Yearley); and his sister Audrey Haugh (Bill Crump). He is also survived by extended family also includes 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
