It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Baldwin of Saint Leonard, Maryland, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baldwin and Kathryn Ryan Baldwin; and his brother Marty Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Ryan of California, MD, Eric Baldwin of California, MD and Becca Kane (Rob Oyaski) of Lothian; and his granddaughter Arabella Oyaski.
