He was predeceased by: his brother John David Westman. He is survived by: his wife Martha E. Westman; his children, Theodore Michael Westman of Sunderland, MD, Daniel Thomas Westman of Prince Frederick, MD and Maria Lynn McNamee of Dunkirk, MD.; his grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Hunter, Olivia, Jacob and Trevor; and his sisters, Beverly Keele of Arkansas and Patricia Ko.
