Garner; his children, Dale Garner (Angel Garner) of St. Leonard, MD and Jenn Garner of LaPlata, MD; his siblings, Sandy Chapman of Alexandria, VA, Rose Eastman of Fruitland, MD, John Garner of Upper Marlboro, MD, Chuck Garner of St. Leonard, MD, Jeri Corneilson of Upper Marlboro, MD and Rick Garner of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his niece Devon Landcaster. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
