He is survived by: his mother Pauline Celeste Throop Wenger; his wife Kathie Jean Wenger; his children, Karla Celeste Wenger, Lloyd Owen Wenger III, David Justin Paulos, Kathryn Jean Paulos and Kristina Lauren Paulos of St. Leonard; his brother Paul D. Wenger (Marlene); and his sisters-in-law, Noel Hiotis of Washington and D. C..
