He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marie Richards (Me-Me) and William Kidwell, Sr. (Pop Pop); his aunt Belinda Windsor (Nina); his uncle Wayne Van Tassel; and his great-aunt Ruth Richards.
He is survived by: his parents, Debra Hale (Richards) and William Leonard Kidwell, Jr. of Upper Marlboro, MD; his stepparent Glenn Hale; his siblings, Connie Garrett (Timothy) of St. Leonard, MD and Michael Hale (Colleen) of Bowie, MD; his nieces and nephews, Austin, Kayleigh, Brynn and Kinsley; his grandparents, Paul and Shirley; his aunt Phyllis VanTassel; his uncle Mike Windsor; his close friend Jon Prouty; and his great-uncle John Richards (Unk). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
