It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Cecelia Allen (Saint Leonard, Maryland), who passed away on August 4, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, John Allen and Jack O'Leary. She is survived by: her sister Pat Shook; and her children, John (Kay), George (Karen), James (Pam), Robert (Christie), Mary Smith (Mike) and David (Michele). She is also survived by grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
