It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Anita Barickman of Saint Inigoes, Maryland, born in Leonardtown, Maryland, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Matthew Cooper and Margaret Anita Bayne Cooper; her son Jay Barickman; and her siblings, Mary Yeatman of Virginia and John Matthew Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Joseph (Joey), Ryan Jeffrey (Jeff) and Julie Simmons (Robert) of St. Inigoes; her grandchildren, Robert Dean, Haley, Catherine Barickman (Cabby), Addyson, Mary Simmons (Ginny), Golden Retriever and Opry; and her sisters, Barbara Ann Chapman of Leonardtown, Patricia Jean Cooper of Ridge and Linda Susan Wood of Woodbridge, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
